Demetria Horton is a graduate of The University of North Alabama in Florence, AL, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship. After graduation, Demetria moved to Huntsville, Al where she obtained her MBA from Alabama A&M University. As a lifelonger learner she has also obtained her CoRE Business Certificate from Harvard Business School Online and is certified in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion by South Florida University. She has held positions as Executive Director of a Aum Foundation, Senior Area Manager for Global Team Staffing, and Operations Director for Face to Face Marketing.
Demetria is skilled at data analysis, strategic planning, website design, intermediate coding, SEO optimization, graphics design, copy writing, and communication strategy. Demetria has extensive experience developing marketing collateral for clients that reflect the voice of each client while maintaining a clear focus on attracting each client’s top tier audience(s).
In addition, Demetria is a serving member of the small business community here in North Alabama. She is an active member of MBA Association and serves as the historian, is Chair of the Madison County School System Desegregation Committee, and served as 2019-2023 Marketing Chair of Aum Foundation fundraising committee.
